AI and data notes
PMO Robotics is operated by Picassomoesllc. These notes explain the evidence behind the public site and its research workflow.
Where records come from
The protected workspace collects a rotating set of government and news sources on an hourly schedule. Official sources include SAM.gov opportunity notices, Grants.gov, GAO reports and other agency publications. Source records support research and triage. A collected record does not establish an unmet need, technical feasibility, eligibility or an open funding opportunity.
USAspending contains historical awards, not promises of funding or open calls. Connection failures are reported as unavailable. Check each agency's current notice for authoritative eligibility and deadlines.
How AI is used
AI assists with summaries, preliminary matching, concept exploration and draft preparation. Generated material is a draft for human review. A problem must be reviewed and approved and linked to a qualifying future funding deadline before the operational loop prepares a brief and pitch package. The site does not submit grant applications automatically.
Images and demonstrations
Concept illustrations and AI-generated images are labeled. A browser simulation does not demonstrate EEG decoding or completed hardware. HALO ACCESS currently has no published measured performance result or demonstrated clinical benefit.
Human review and corrections
Review the original source, its date, independent corroboration and relevant uncertainty before relying on a summary. News context is not independent engineering validation. Send a source link and a clear description of any correction to inquiries@halocore.us.
Privacy and access
Public research pages are separate from the signed-in workspace. Do not submit medical records, credentials or confidential participant data through public forms. See the privacy notice for the public inquiry process.
