This register separates concepts from controlled supplier-request readiness. “RFQ-ready” does not certify safety, performance, regulatory compliance, field use or purchasing.
Rule: A project may be marked RFQ-ready only after its scope, requirements, safety boundaries, budget, supplier criteria and accountable reviewer record are complete. No supplier contact, purchase, field use or performance claim is authorized merely by appearing here.

Required before any product can advance
- Scope and exclusionsDefine the first build, intended setting and what the product must not claim or do.
- Requirements and safetyVersioned performance requirements, hazards, fail-safe behavior and verification method.
- Budget and supplier criteriaLine-item budget range, controlled BOM, supplier capability requirements and quality evidence.
- Qualified review recordNamed accountable reviewer decision, unresolved actions and controlled RFQ release record.
AQUA-LIFT is the next project in this sequence. Its requirements, risk register, test protocol, BOM and review package already exist; its next gate is the water-treatment, electrical/safety and operations review.
