About PMO Robotics

PMO Robotics turns documented public-benefit problems into bounded engineering programs with visible assumptions, safety limits, and measurable stop/go gates.

How the lab works

Public projects move through these four stages.

1. Find a documented government problemStart from a government record that describes the need.
2. Design or match a solutionMatch a project on this site, or define a bounded design.
3. Pitch to governmentSend the pitch to the agency that owns the problem.
4. Win government fundingApply for government funding after the pitch. Donations are separate.

Operating principles

  • Evidence before claims: concept art, plans, and simulations are labeled and never presented as completed hardware.
  • Human authority: people retain safety, medical, structural, emergency, procurement, and operational decisions.
  • Privacy by boundary: public explanations remain separate from protected engineering records and collaborator workspaces.
  • Qualified review: testing, accessibility, ethics, regulatory, and domain expertise are required where the risk demands them.

Current public focus

HALO Core explores deliberately trained intent communication. Bridge Crawler explores supervised infrastructure inspection. Flood Eye explores bounded waterway observation. All three remain evidence-gated programs with explicit non-claims.
